Edit that file and it should contain the following:
If you go to your game install directory and then in the 7DaysToDie_Data folder, you will find a file called nfig. As some of you may know Escape from Tarkov (the game) just had an update which fixed a simple overlooked feature in Unity Engine that allows for better CPU utilization, resulting in more GPU utilization giving a big boost in frames per second (in some scenarios even up to 30%).
